Virtual meeting 2 weeks before the big day to finalize wedding plans.

Manages wedding day timeline.

Connects with vendors to review itinerary and confirm arrival times.

Onsite support on wedding day for up to 8 hours. Additional hours can be added for $100 per hour. 

Serves as the vendor contact the day of the event and ensures that all vendors stay on schedule. 

Help display and pack up all personal items.

Unlimited communication via email throughout your planning process.

Additional meetings and rehearsal attendance can be added on for an additional fee.

Full Day of Coordination
